Seeing a therapist shouldn't be complicated. Soul Apothecary aims to demystify the process of therapy and make each step easy breezy. Sometimes reaching out can be the hardest part. We are committed to creating a welcoming + safe space for each of our clients.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your First Connection
Your first session is simply a conversation. We talk about what brings you in, what you hope for, and what feels hard right now. There’s no pressure to have your thoughts sorted or your story “done.” It’s a space to be honest and human.
In-Person Sessions
If meeting face-to-face feels right, you’re welcome to come into the space. Sessions are informal and conversational, rooted in presence and connection. The pace is set by you, not by a script.
At times, my therapy dog, Sylvie, may be present in sessions as an added source of comfort and grounding. Her presence is always optional. If you have an allergy, fear of dogs, or would prefer not to have her present, she will happily stay home.
Therapy at a Distance
Prefer phone or video sessions? We offer private, secure sessions that allow you to engage from wherever feels safest — your home, your car, or a quiet corner of the day.
How We Support You in Therapy
Instead of focusing on labels or checklists, the work here is grounded in relationship, presence, and your lived experience. Your healing isn’t about picking techniques off a menu - it’s about the experience you have in the room.
